Before
The home in 29 Palms was in severe disrepair, having been occupied by a hoarder for several years. Every room was filled floor to ceiling with clutter, debris, and damaged furniture, making it nearly impossible to navigate. The interior surfaces were heavily stained, with walls, floors, and ceilings showing signs of water damage, mold, and neglect. Plumbing and electrical systems were outdated and in some areas non-functional. The exterior was overgrown and weather-worn, with broken windows, peeling paint, and a crumbling porch—making the home unlivable and unsafe.
AFTER
Following a full rehab, the transformation was remarkable. The home was completely cleared out, sanitized, and renovated from top to bottom. New drywall, flooring, and fresh paint throughout brought light and warmth back into the space. We updated the kitchen and bathrooms with modern fixtures, cabinetry, and appliances, and ensured all electrical and plumbing systems were brought up to code. The exterior was revitalized with fresh stucco, new windows, a repaired roof, and a clean, landscaped yard. What was once a severely neglected property is now a safe, clean, and beautifully restored home ready for a fresh start.
